Description
Circa 1815, a quality mahogany Regency 3 step commode, each of the threads with a tooled and gilded leather insert, mahogany cross-banded and a reeded fore-edge, the top shelf is hinged, the centre tread pulls out and is hinged, the fronts with fielded panels, polished on the sides, the back legs have French bracket feet, the front legs turned, ring turning, tapered, the commode has great colour and patination.
