Description
Circa 1820, Neat-sized George III mahogany linen press with lovely colour and patina. Surmounted by a moulded and dentil cornice over a simple beaded frieze. The two panelled doors in flame mahogany with original lock and key open to 4 oak linen slides. The base with a brushing slide with brass axe-head handles over 4 graduated cock-beaded drawers, back to front oak liners and cut brass handles and escutcheons, all over a small, moulded base with original bracket feet.
