An unusual and stylish rectangular carved and gilded William IV overmantel mirror retaining most of its original gilding, surmounted by a carved and pierced shell entwined in foliate carving, the frame has a continuous of overlapping leaves and flowers centered with small finials in the form of a flower-heads in 4 locations, there isn’t a single straight line in the entire frame, with a new 4mm mirror the frame retains its original pine back
