Description
Circa 1815. A fine Regency marble-topped collectors cabinet with brass interlaced Gothic pointed arches, above a reverse ogee-moulded cornice and plain frieze with gilded bead-and-reel lower trim, the two doors with interlaced brass grills and later silk panels open to thirty graduated mahogany drawers arranged in three columns, the doors are flanked by mahogany pilaster topped with acanthus capitals with gilded a with lotus leaves to the base, all supported on an enclosed plinth base.
