Description
Circa 1830. A good rosewood William IV duet adjustable music stand. The top surmounted by a classic turned finial with two hinged panels with a lyre in the center, with a small ledge and brass clips to hold sheet music in place. To the sides is a pair of adjustable brass candle holders, the top s is on a circular pole and can be adjusted. The stem is ring turned and tapering, and finishes with a wonderful carved tulip, all resting on a concave rosewood platform base with three squat bun feet beneath.
