Description
Circa 1850. Victorian quality inlaid figured walnut credenza. The shaped top in mirror matched figured walnut with a lovely mellow colour and nice patina, above a boxwood and marquetry inlaid frieze with embossed brass banding. The central door in mirror matched figured walnut with seaweed marquetry inlaid corners and brass mounts opening to shelved interior and flanked by ormolu mounted pilasters. Two curved corner doors opening to shelved interior with further inlaid ormolu mounted pilasters to the side. All over a shaped plinth base.
