Circa 1870. Unusual and decorative Victorian inlaid and carved octagonal table. The octagonal top with central marquetry inlay surrounded by radial bands of different walnut veneers, a band of fine parquetry inlay, crossbanding and moulded edge. The frieze with fine acanthus and honeysuckle carvings. All supported on cabriole legs with floral and acanthus leaf carving to the knees, acanthus carved toes and with shaped cross stretchers.
