Description
Circa 1920. Quality Whytock & Reid burr walnut chest of drawers In perfect condition. The rectangular top in finely figured quartered burr walnut surrounded by a ¾ gallery with carved decorations above two short and two long drawers with mahogany drawer linings and original brass loop handles. With rounded sides and supported on slight cabriole legs with carved knees and Lorimer influenced pad feet. With brass locks stamped “Handmade” Langerbear & Co, Birmingham.
