Description
Circa 1890. A fine Qing Dynasty Huanghuali marble top circular plant stand, with a pink variegated marble insert. The fore edge in the form of bamboo stems with a pierced and shaped apron with foliate carving, resting on four elegant shaped cabriole legs, in the form of faux bamboo stems with leaves carved on the facing, intersected by a cruciform stretcher with further foliate carving and finishing on a typical Chinese foot.
