Description
Circa 1900. A stylish ebonized and porcupine quill box. The outside of the box with porcupine quills in rows separated by ebony lines with circular bone inlay. The top is hinged and opens to a, a fitted interior with lift out section with nine lidded areas with bone inlay, with further inlay on the inside of the lid. The box has great colour and patination.
