Description
Circa 1970, An Adams style painted pine mantelpiece. The solid top has a carved gesso pattern to the foredge central gesso carvings of a lyre, trumpets, music, wheat and flowers. The two uprights have a sunken panel framed in beads, and there is a swag at the top with wheat sheafs. The mantel piece stands on two rectangular blocks and has been recently painted.
