Product Description

Circa 1950s. A Yorkshire Critter double oak open bookcase. The top with a raised gallery which intersects both sections with a carved thistle to one end. The top, gable and front have been adzed, removing oysters of wood, finishing with a lovely ripple, with two sets of four adjustable shelves, all in solid oak, the back of the bookcase is paneled and polished, and the bookcase rests on its solid oak gables (4.5 cm thick).
