Circa 1920, set of 12 George II style mahogany dining chairs. Comprising of 10 single chairs and 2 carvers, the rounded top rail of all has foliate carving on shaped supports and a pierced vase-shaped splat. There are shepherd crook arms on the carvers, and all have drop in seat pads recently reupholstered in quality green material. There are chamfered, shaped cabriole front legs on pad feet and outswept rear supports with a H stretcher. Carvers are larger than the rest of the set, with size of: 116 cm high x 64 cm wide x 62 cm deep
