Description
Circa 1930s, pair of unusual Chinese wood stands which have been sponged or stippled in brown and black. Both are square, with raised moulded edge and a shaped apron continues to all sides with foliate carving. The turned legs have a small stretcher with shelf towards the base. The smaller stand is 43 cm high x 23 cm wide x 23 cm deep.
