Product Description
Circa 1900. Exceptional carved Camphorwood trunk. The rectangular top with a panelled centre, has deep, fine carvings showing Eastern warriors. The periphery with further foliate carvings and a moulded carved fore-edge and large engraved brass lock opening to interior with a sliding open tray. All four sides panels of the trunk have further fine carvings. All supported on a beaded base with foliate carved legs. With a plate glass top, would make an exceptional coffee table.
