Circa 1900 and later, 3 Japanese carved rootwood figures. The 1st one made from roots depicting 2 elderly men standing amongst roots from which they are carved. The 2nd piece is a seated gentleman made from one piece of wood. The 3rd piece is in the form of a person holding some scrolls and this has been fitted for a lamp. There are some damages but they have wonderful colour and patination.
