Circa 1900, Qing dynasty Chinese hongmu and pink variegated marble top stand. The marble insert is held in place by a hongmu frame with beaded fore-edge and is above a carved frieze with designs that continue to the top of the legs. The shaped, cabriole legs have carved facings and towards the base is a faux bamboo crossover stretcher, with a central bamboo leaf design. Finishing on typical carved Chinese feet.
