Circa 1880, neat sized oak lectern, with a later added light canopy. The lectern is freestanding, there is a fielded panel and various mouldings at the back. There are also panels on the sides. The front section has a sloping edge with raised sides. Below the top is a small aperture for documents. The pieces stands on four large turned legs and is supported with a heavily moulded cross stretcher. Excellent condition – very good for a restaurant or reception.
