Circa 1860, set of 4 Victorian carved oak chairs. With shaped top, padded back with deep leather buttons an oval cartouche to the centre, and foliate carving which continues down the sides. They have concave shaped front rails, square, outswept back legs and rectangular front legs with small carvings to the top. They all finish on brass and brown porcelain castors. The quarter sawn oak chairs have been reupholstered and tightened.
