Product Description
Circa 1870, oak country house window seat. With 2 lifting handles held in place with scrolling ends and turned uprights, and between them a leather squab cushion has been made to fit the solid seat. There are ogee moulding to the seat, with a beaded apron, and it stands on turned, fluted, tapering and reeded legs which finish on a turned, raised toe.
