Circa 1840, matched set of 6 mahogany Edinburgh style dining or library chairs. With deep, shaped and fluted top rail on fluted, shaped supports. The generous button upholstered seats are in burgundy leather and have a lovely degree of wear, all over a shaped seat rail. These are standing on baluster turned front legs with some having brown porcelain castors with brass caps, and on splayed rear legs.
