Product Description

Circa 1860, pair of mid-Victorian solid rosewood occasional chairs. With balloon backs, featuring a carved section to the inside with C scrolls and shaped cross rail, and a stuffover seat pad. Standing on square, outswept back legs with rounded corners, rosewood apron, and cabriole legs to the front. These have a scrolling section in the form of a cartouche, finishing on a neat curled toe.
