Circa 1830, William IV circular mahogany piano stool. With a recently re-upholstered, hand-dyed burgundy leather top, which is piped to the top and stitched to the side. Beneath is a reeded edge and curved sections in the centre, and it stands on 4 turned, ring turned, fluted and tapering legs which finish on slightly outswept feet. These are united by a central cruciform stretcher with an aperture containing the revolving mechanism.
