Product Description

Circa 1830, George IV Rosewood freestanding library table. The rectangular top in figured rosewood with gadrooned edges is over two cock-beaded, frieze drawers with fine twin original turned knobs and flanked by foliate carvings, with dummy drawers to the opposing side. It is supported on twin fluted columns on acanthus-carved plinths and beneath are acanthus carved cabriole legs with hidden brass castors.
