Late George III Mahogany Tray


Product Description

Circa 1800, late George III mahogany tray (adapted). The tray is square with canted corners and has a wraparound gallery. The gallery is held in place by small wooden pieces inserted into it which are known as stitches. It has a simple moulded edge and beneath is covered in baize. Good colour and patination.
