Circa 1790, George III rosewood sofa table. The top is in figured, mellow rosewood with satinwood cross banding and ebony, boxwood and string inlay and D-end drop flaps. It has an inlaid frieze with two dummy and two inlaid drawers with circular brass handles. It is standing on inlaid supports over twin outswept legs with original brass castors.
