Description
Circa 1810, pair of Scottish Regency mahogany arm chairs in the manner of William Trotter of Edinburgh. Recently re-upholstered in red leather, the shaped back has a rope twist top rail with upholstered panel between shaped, fluted uprights. With generous overstuffed seats with close brass studding, with scrolling and fluted arms on shaped supports, standing on fluted sabre legs to the front and outswept rear supports.
