Description
Circa 1860. An interesting pair of mid-Victorian marble top console tables. The white marble tops with breakfront sections which follow the form of the base. The D end console tables with figured mahogany frieze with rococo carving on the bottom including S and C scrolls which continue along the facing. The tables rest on two massive cabriole legs, with foliate carving on the top and knees the elegant cabriole leg continues down towards a well-formed foot, finishing on a circular sphere.
