Description
Circa 1880, a good pair of George III style mahogany and brass candlesticks. The cast brass tops in the form of thistles, wonderful, shaped stem, turned fluted, tapering and bulbous towards the base, resting on a circular raised base, which has had lead added to the underneath for stability.
