Description
Circa 1860. Mid Victorian burr walnut tall wellington chest of drawers. The polished top in mirror matched figured walnut with protruding moulded fore-edge above unusually 8 drawers with mirror matched burr walnut fronts and original finely turned knobs, flanked by fluted and acanthus carved pilasters, right-hand one being a locking pilaster. Supported on a moulded enclosed plinth base. In perfect original condition.
