Description
Circa 1790. A late George III mahogany nightstand (with alterations), rectangular top with low ¾ gallery with shaped stylish pierced lifting handles to the sides. The front two hinged faux drawers which are hinged, with elegant brass handles and back plates, the base has two faux doors with elegant, shaped cast drop handles. The commode is polished on all sides making it freestanding, resting on elegant French bracket feet to the front.
