Description
Circa 1770. A good George III mahogany inlaid chest of drawers. The solid well figured top with moulded fore edge, to the front there is a configuration of three short drawers over three full length graduating drawers. Each of the drawers with string inlay, cut cast brass swan neck handles and a simple brass escutcheon. Beneath the bottom drawer there are further mouldings, all resting on four stylish bracket feet. The chest has good colour and patination.
