Circa 1815, unusual Regency cast iron boot scraper. The bottom has 2 holes for securing to the ground or letting rain water out, and there is a small section missing to one side. It has 2 scrolling feet and a central, shaped cross over blade. It has open steel work in the form of a flower head, with scrolling sections either side.
