Circa 1900. French marquetry-inlaid serpentine fronted, marble top walnut commode. The top in an attractive pink and white variegated marble with a moulded fore-edge above three graduated drawers with solid oak linings, marquetry panels and rococo cast brass handles and escutcheons. The canted corners with ormolu mounts and the sides with large panels of fine floral marquetry. All standing on tapering cabriole legs with brass sabots.
