Description
Circa 1920. Carved mahogany Chippendale-style glazed cabinet bookcase. The upper section surmounted by an open fret Chinese Chippendale pediment with foliate carvings, with twin astragal glazed doors with fluted-fronted adjustable shelves. The base with a neo-classical foliate carved fore-edge and frieze above two mirror matched flame mahogany panel doors opening to a deeper shelved bookcase. All supported on open fret shaped bracket feet with gadrooned bases.
