Description
Circa 1860, Flemish carved oak open breakfront bookcase. The top in figured quarter-cut oak with a foliate carved moulded edge over 3 frieze drawers with lion head handles and C scroll decorations. The deeper central- and side- open bookcases each with 2 adjustable shelves, flanked and separated by lion head and foliate carved pilasters. All supported on an enclosed plinth base with mouldings.
