Description
Circa 1750. A late George II mahogany fold over card table, the rectangular top in a fine flame mahogany with rounded corners, the top is hinged and opens to reveal a felt lined interior with broad banding and four guinea wells, the back legs are on a ratchet and pull out to support the tabletop when open, the frieze is polished on all sides supported on four lappeted legs with quarter blocks finishing on a pad foot. Excellent colour and patination, clean and functional.
