Circa 1920’s, Regency style mahogany twin pillar dining table + 1 leaf. The top in solid mahogany is D-shaped with a moulded edge, and has 1 additional leaf which is held in place by cast brass handles and 2 small pull outs. Beneath the table top is a rectangular block and from this the base of the table has a shaped canon barrel column with a turned section in the centre, with a central bezel. Off this there are 3 substantial reeded sabre legs which are braced underneath to make it extra sturdy. At the end of each leg there is a cast brass toe and finished on a cast brass castor. The table has been re-polished and is sturdy.
