Circa 1870, unusual pair of Venetian blackamoor side tables. The tables depict classic figures of a winged angel and the other of a lady in a toga clasping some form of foliage. The table tops are gilded and ebonised and have porcelain plates inserted. Standing on classic Italian bases which are carved and Rococo. The plates are unusual: one looks like Japanese Imari and the other looks like English Masons Ironstone china.
