Circa 1870, Victorian copy of a George II carved mahogany stool. The rectangular shaped stool has a needle point top with foliate carved quarter blocks which finish on a small C scroll. The legs then have further foliate carving and fruit motifs, acanthus leaves and continues down into a realistic hair paw foot with a solid block behind it. The other side of the stool with all its solid sections has been polished.
