Circa 1880, large pitch pine table with solid plank top. The edges and the ends are slightly rounded and the top has a mellow colour with a wax finish. The table sits on a pitch pine base consisting of 4 deep aprons which are connected to the 4 square tapering legs by 2 peg joints on each corner. The legs are simple and rustic, square and tapering with a slight chamfer on the corners. The table is clean and very sturdy.
