Circa 1860, bronze, brass, marble and porcelain mantle clock. This French clock has a figure with a scroll, and a new bezel with carving to the side and continuing around the front. The porcelain face on the clock has Roman numerals. There is a small repair to the face and the clock glass. The main body is in white marble and covered in ormolu mounts to the front with a small recess below depicting two figures with hands clasped. There are further Rococo castings, it is bronzed at the sides and finishes on scrolling feet. It is an elaborate clock.
