Circa 1900, Chinese hardwood circular plant stand. The top has variegated pink marble inset, segmented sections, and a carved edge. Beneath this is a typical shaped frieze with hawthorn flower carvings and open fretwork, and from this the four cabriole legs emerge with acanthus carved leaf and finishing on ball and claw feet. There is a cross over stretcher with foliate carving and a flower head in the centre. Good colour and excellent condition.
